The Life insurance giant Aegon, formally known as Scottish Equitable, has stopped taking on new business and Royal London has taken on the existing clients after a sale has been reached.

Aegon has worked with families and their financial needs like life insurance pensions and investments since 1831 and a huge provider in the financial space.

A press release On 4 April 2023 from Aegon detailed “Aegon UK will close to all new protection business as of 4 April 2023 and has reached a sale agreement with Royal London”
